A Famosa: Also known as the Porta de Santiago, A Famosa is the oldest surviving European architectural remains in Asia.

Melaka River: Legend has it that the kingdom of Melaka was formed by this river. Parameswara saw a mouse deer kick his hunting dog into the river, and thought it a good omen, hence the start of the empire.

Morten Village: Morten Village is a 1920s traditional Malay village in Melaka, dwarfed by the city's modern buildings.

Portuguese Settlement: Home to the Portuguese descendants of Malaysia, this square is graced by a large Christ the Redeemer statue
