SeniVR is owned and operated by Actsugi and Yayasan TM. These Terms of Use apply to SeniVR Platform (“Site”). The Site may include links to other sites whose Terms of Use may differ from those of SeniVR. These Terms of Use do not apply to other companies’ or organizations’ sites to which we link. Before using any of SeniVR services, you are required to read, understand and agree to these terms. Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of all these terms, conditions, and notices.
Intellectual Property
SeniVR various logos used or displayed on the service are the property of SeniVR and you may only use these marks or logos for promotional purposes to identify yourself as a customer or user of the SeniVR products and services, provided you do not attempt to claim ownership of the marks by incorporating any of them within your names or offerings.
License
All images, software, platforms, tools, graphics, data, text, code, and other content and materials available on the Site are the property of SeniVR or its third party licensors. You acknowledge that (i) all right, title and interest in and to the Site, including all patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks and other proprietary rights embodied therein or associated therewith, are and will remain with SeniVR or its third party licensors; (ii) no right or interest in the SeniVR is conveyed other than the limited licenses granted herein.
Restrictions
You agree that you will not (i) modify or alter the SeniVR Property; (ii) create derivative works of the SeniVR Property; (iii) decompile, disassemble, decode or reverse engineer the SeniVR Property, translate the SeniVR Property or otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, algorithms or internal ideas underlying the SeniVR Property or reduce the SeniVR Property by any other means to a human-perceivable form; or (iv) bypass, delete or disable any copy protection mechanisms or any security mechanisms in the SeniVR Property. Except as otherwise expressly permitted herein, you may not use the Services or the SeniVR Property to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• the collection, copying or distribution of any portion of the SeniVR Property;
• any resale, commercial use, commercial exploitation, distribution, public performance or public display of the Services or the SeniVR Property;
• modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Services or the SeniVR Property;

• framing the Site or utilizing framing techniques to enclose the Site, SeniVR Property or other proprietary information without SeniVR’s express prior written consent
• downloading of any portion of the SeniVR Property or any information contained therein; or
• any use of the Services or the SeniVR Property other than for their intended purposes.
You agree not to use the Services for any commercial use, without the prior written authorization of SeniVR. Prohibited commercial uses include any of the following actions taken without SeniVR’ express approval:
• use of the Services for the primary purpose of gaining advertising or subscription
• any use of the Services that SeniVR finds, in its sole discretion, to use SeniVR’ resources with the effect of competing with or displacing the market for SeniVR or its content
• the sale of advertising, on the website or any third-party website, targeted to the SeniVR’ content
Any use of the Services or of any SeniVR Property other than as specifically authorized herein, without the express prior written permission of SeniVR and the applicable SeniVR user or the Content Owner, is strictly prohibited. Any such unauthorized use may result in the immediate termination of your rights under these Terms of Service and will constitute a breach of the license granted herein.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
You will NOT use the SeniVR Site for any purpose that could be deemed unlawful or is prohibited by the terms, conditions, notices, and policies of SeniVR. Exhibitors agree that all information given is true and agrees not to falsify any information provided to SeniVR. You may NOT use the SeniVR Site in a manner which could/may damage, disable, overburden, or impair any aspect of the SeniVR Site, the network or networks connected to the SeniVR Site, or interfere with any other party’s ability to use or enjoyment of the SeniVR Site. Any unauthorized attempts to gain access to the SeniVR Site, any computer systems or networks connected to any SeniVR Site, through any means, including; hacking, password mining, or any other means, is strictly prohibited.
Exhibitor Content
As an SeniVR exhibitor you may submit artwork and textual content, including, but not limited to exhibition or artwork description and comments. These submissions are collectively referred to as Exhibitor Content.
You retain all intellectual property rights in and to any Exhibitor Content you post, upload or otherwise make available through the Services, including the copyright in and to your submitted content. SeniVR does not claim any ownership, right, title or interest in and to your Exhibitor Content.
You shall be solely responsible for your own Exhibitor Content and the consequences of publishing them. You represent and warrant that (i) you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Exhibitor Content that you post or transmit, or you otherwise have the right to post, use, display, distribute and reproduce such Exhibitor Content and to grant the rights granted herein; (ii) the Exhibitor Content you supply is accurate and not misleading; and (iii) the use and posting of the Exhibitor Content you supply does not violate these Terms of Service and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, by uploading and/or posting any Exhibitor Content to the Services you request and grant SeniVR a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license, revocable upon removing Exhibitor Content from SeniVR, to use the Exhibitor Content (and the user name that is submitted in connection with such Exhibitor Content) as is reasonably necessary in order to do the following: (1) provide the Services, including to display the Exhibitor Content on the Services; (2) comply with your instructions pursuant to SeniVR’s Data Protection Addendum; (3) comply with legal requirements, including disclosing Exhibitor Content in response to legal process from governmental authorities; (4) disclose Exhibitor Content without any compulsory legal process when SeniVR believes there is a threat to life or limb. In the absence of a legal requirement to do so, SeniVR may refrain from notifying you of SeniVR’s disclosures to governmental authorities where such notification may jeopardize an important law enforcement investigation. SeniVR may engage service providers for assistance with carrying out any obligation or exercising any right under these Terms of Service.
SeniVR shall also be entitled to use clips of any exhibition that has been published for the purpose of promoting the Services, without compensation to the curator. However, SeniVR will not use your exhibitions for any other commercial purposes without obtaining your prior approval, and will not use any exhibition that is not publicly available to Internet.
You understand and agree that SeniVR, may retain for security (but not display, distribute, or perform) server copies of Exhibitor Content that have been removed or deleted, and that SeniVR shall have no obligation to attempt to remove from distribution any of your exhibitions that are otherwise publicly available through the Internet or other publicly accessible medium.
SeniVR does not endorse any Exhibitor Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and SeniVR expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Exhibitor Content. SeniVR does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Site, and SeniVR will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights.
Third Party Services
Our site may contain links to other sites owned by third parties. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. We have no control over sites that are not ours, and we are not responsible for any changes to or content on them. Our inclusion on our site of any third party content or a link to a third party site is not an endorsement of that content or third party site.
Violation of SeniVR Conduct Policy
SeniVR does not and cannot review Exhibitor Content that is posted or transmitted (including, but not limited to, the SeniVR Site), and is not in any manner responsible for the Exhibitor Content of SeniVR Users. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated-content through the Services (including, but not limited to, the SeniVR Site), SeniVR is merely acting as a passive conduit for the distribution of such information, and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to the content or the users' activities. Accordingly, SeniVR does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, completeness, non-infringement or quality of such content. SeniVR and its parent corporation, officers, directors and employees do not undertake or assume any duty to monitor the Site for inappropriate content. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will SeniVR be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content transmitted on or via the SeniVR Site or Services. SeniVR is owned and operated by LokaLocal and Yayasan TM. These Terms of Use apply to SeniVR Platform (“Site”). Intellectual Property
SeniVR various logos used or displayed on the service are the property of SeniVR and you may only use these marks or logos for promotional purposes to identify yourself as a customer or user of the SeniVR products and services, provided you do not attempt to claim ownership of the marks by incorporating any of them within your names or offerings.

All images, software, platforms, tools, graphics, data, text, code, and other content and materials available on the Site are the property of SeniVR or its third party licensors. You may NOT use the SeniVR Site in a manner which could/may damage, disable, overburden, or impair any aspect of the SeniVR Site, the network or networks connected to the SeniVR Site, or interfere with any other party’s ability to use or enjoyment of the SeniVR Site. Any unauthorized attempts to gain access to the SeniVR Site, any computer systems or networks connected to any SeniVR Site, through any means, including; hacking, password mining, or any other means, is strictly prohibited.
Exhibitor Content
As an SeniVR exhibitor you may submit artwork and textual content, including, but not limited to exhibition or artwork description and comments. These submissions are collectively referred to as Exhibitor Content.
You retain all intellectual property rights in and to any Exhibitor Content you post, upload or otherwise make available through the Services, including the copyright in and to your submitted content. SeniVR does not claim any ownership, right, title or interest in and to your Exhibitor Content.
You shall be solely responsible for your own Exhibitor Content and the consequences of publishing them. You represent and warrant that (i) you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Exhibitor Content that you post or transmit, or you otherwise have the right to post, use, display, distribute and reproduce such Exhibitor Content and to grant the rights granted herein; (ii) the Exhibitor Content you supply is accurate and not misleading; and (iii) the use and posting of the Exhibitor Content you supply does not violate these Terms of Service and will not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, by uploading and/or posting any Exhibitor Content to the Services you request and grant SeniVR a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license, revocable upon removing Exhibitor Content from SeniVR, to use the Exhibitor Content (and the user name that is submitted in connection with such Exhibitor Content) as is reasonably necessary in order to do the following: (1) provide the Services, including to display the Exhibitor Content on the Services; (2) comply with your instructions pursuant to SeniVR’s Data Protection Addendum; (3) comply with legal requirements, including disclosing Exhibitor Content in response to legal process from governmental authorities; (4) disclose Exhibitor Content without any compulsory legal process when SeniVR believes there is a threat to life or limb. In the absence of a legal requirement to do so, SeniVR may refrain from notifying you of SeniVR’s disclosures to governmental authorities where such notification may jeopardize an important law enforcement investigation. SeniVR may engage service providers for assistance with carrying out any obligation or exercising any right under these Terms of Service.
SeniVR shall also be entitled to use clips of any exhibition that has been published for the purpose of promoting the Services, without compensation to the curator. However, SeniVR will not use your exhibitions for any other commercial purposes without obtaining your prior approval, and will not use any exhibition that is not publicly available to Internet.
You understand and agree that SeniVR, may retain for security (but not display, distribute, or perform) server copies of Exhibitor Content that have been removed or deleted, and that SeniVR shall have no obligation to attempt to remove from distribution any of your exhibitions that are otherwise publicly available through the Internet or other publicly accessible medium.
SeniVR does not endorse any Exhibitor Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and SeniVR expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Exhibitor Content. SeniVR does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Site, and SeniVR will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights.
Third Party Services
Our site may contain links to other sites owned by third parties. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted.
